We will head to Alajuela Province to immerse ourselves into a coffee plantation. You will learn a lot about coffee, its history, and the process from local guides.

Next, your lunch is included at a local restaurant in Sarchí, after which we will do an oxcart tour to learn about this ancient art from the experts.

RAFTING & COOKING LESSON

The Sarapiquí River is one of the most important rivers in the north of the country and has been used for a long time by both locals and visitors to go rafting. The river is divided into different categories. For our clients, we will enjoy category 1 and 2 water, which is easy to navigate but still exciting at the same time. We will do this tour/experience for 2 hours, giving the opportunity to observe many birds and reptiles. Once the adrenaline is over, you will have a cooking lesson with lunch included.

ACCESSIBLE BEACH & ADAPTIVE SURFING

Early in the morning, you will go to Playa Madrigales in Jacó. Here you can enjoy the beach and feel the healing power of the ocean in a 2-hour adaptive surfing lesson with instructors and athletes of the Costa Rican Adaptive Surfing Team.

Your lunch is included at a local restaurant. You can find an accessible bathroom near the beach.
